You have a good reputation as an honest seller, so that's not a problem. The car does need work and if I were going to buy a C3 for $60K or even $48K, I'd expect it to be completed. Green color is also a drawback, to me at least.
Put the car at $20K and it will sell instantly so, yes it's the price. More pics should help.

Since you asked, yes, I think the car is overpriced. Especially at the $60K you were first asking. $60K will get nearly a show car for a chrome bumper C3; I've looked at a lot of them.

Similarly you've had to drop the price on your 66 which has been listed for 10+ months. That is an absolutely beautiful car but too expensive for the market.
Market conditions also change. Hold on to it and the value could spike again, but from what I have observed, the C2 and C3 Corvette market has been level if not falling a bit with some exceptions like resto-mods, L88's and high end restorations.

Not in the market, but I need this car !! Very nice
To remove this car from my temptation, I'll be nearby mid-February. If you'd like an independent look, PM me.

Depending on how much time you have in life, get the car together and running decent and bring it out to Corvettes at Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
It will sell out there. One of the biggest Corvette marketplaces on Earth. Lots of Car Corral spaces and people buying and selling.
Trying to sell on this forum is tough....
