I am new to the forum as you can tell by my post count. I am a military (AF) pilot just PCSing to Oklahoma. I am in the hunt for a 1973 454 or L82 T-Top in a 4 speed in red/blue.


I guess that is a little picky but if I wait long enough I will find one in my price range, #s matching, in good condition. Not for show, not to daily drive, but to take out 1-2 times a week.


I am already talking with some dealers on a couple possible ones but also wanted to see if anyone out there was in the market to sell soon. Cant take on any projects. Simple mx I can do, engine overhauls I can not.

GOOD LUCK with your search. I think you will have a rough time finding one because I don't think Red with Blue interior was a recommended option. In 40 years of fooling with Corvettes I have never saw one. I did see a blue 67 with red interior & white top. Judge ordered it because he wanted flag colors.

Did upt at Columbus Mississippi....that state you navigate by chicken coops....lol.

I tried locking this thread but can't figure out how. I bought a 73 454 4 speed in 922 blue paint....can't wait for it to arrive....thank you all for the help. I am officially a corvette owner...wow...saying that is like a dream!
