1978 500+Hp with VBP and T56 for sale
Hey Guys, I have been thinking about selling my baby. If you’re looking to buy an NCRS car you may as well stop reading now. This car is fast and no where original. I will list below the upgrades to the car in the last two years. The paint on the car is not that great. It is about normal for the age. Birdcage has surface rust but nothing to worry about. The car gets 19+ MPH on the highway with 4:11 gears. This car is great for street or autocross fun!
500+ HP SBC (Crower ultra-light crank, forged pistons with low friction rings, 540 lift cam, trick flow aluminum heads that have been ported) Solid lift roller motor. Full MSD Ignition
1999 T-56 (6 Speed trans) Trans was sent to Tic Performance (before I got it) and had the Level 2 Upgrade T56 Rebuild (600RWTQ). Also has Tilton Hydraulic clutch master with a Spec stage 4 clutch and pressure plate, Billet steel flywheel and a QuickTime blow proof bell housing.
VB&P Performance Plus System - Full Kit installed. See pics.
Van steel Offset Trailing arms
Dewitts Direct Fit aluminum radiator and the Spal dual fan assembly
Borgeson steering box
Hydroboost
Drilled and slotted rotors
Stainless steel brake lines
17” Foose Nitrous wheels
4” cowl Glasstek hood
All new Moog ball joints & Tie rod ends.
Spicer U joints.
VB&P o-ring brake caliper upgrade
1968 big block differential with 4.11 gears (I can get 19+ MPH on the highway)
The under side of the car has been painted with chassis saver and many items powder coated or painted. The underside of the car looks new.
I also have but not installed: Full carpet kit, and new seat covers as well as all of the original suspension components removed from the car.
I can sell this car whole or without motor or without motor and trans.
I would be interested in non corvette pre 1960 trades.
It is really hard to put a price on this car as so much has been done to it. As per forum rules, I must. So $18,000 and I am very negotiable.
Here is a video of the car. My 16 year old Son asked me to give him a "good" ride while his friends videotaped it.

If I was any good at figuring out market value of modded Vettes mine would have already sold. You probably have double in it what you're asking.
If I were you I'd complete the interior and then put it on eBay. Again, great looking car and best of luck.
