1972 Roadster yel/black w/HT 27800 orig mi
SOLD
1972 Corvette roadster, L48, 4 speed, 3:36 rear, manual steering, non power brakes, AM/FM, factory HT (on tank sheet). 912 Sunflower Yellow with 400 Black Vinyl interior. This car has 27810 original documented miles and based on it's condition, was maintained as a collector car it's entire life. It has been owned by 3 prior owners all within 50 miles of where it is right now; Nazareth, PA. The undercarriage is so nice and well preserved, in my opinion, It has no evidence of winter driving. It does have one repaint that is very high quality. The convertible top looks near new as the HT. Interior is beautiful. Look at the "matching numbers photo" for a list of parts and docs. Work done by prior owner; SS Exhaust, tires and calipers have less than 500 miles on them. I cleaned and inspected this car top to bottom. All maintenance done including oil pan and valve cover gaskets. I left them original rather than repainting. Besides tank sticker and POP; included are original items as the consumer info, emission, seat belt, trim ring, owner manual, license plate screws and paper envelopes, cloth bag with seat washers and seat shims and engine starting sticker on the driver sun visor. Not a true survivor because of paint etc, but an extremely nice low mile very original car. Car looks better in person than the pictures. Price is 34000. Any questions or specific photos email toylman@aol.com or better to call 610-759-7689 before 9pm EST. Thanks, Lenny

Thanks for your comments. The undercarriage is like a CA car, I doubt it ever left the garage in the winter.

Gentlemen,
I have been fortunate enough to see this car in person and I know the seller as well. You will not find a nicer car being offered anywhere that brings you what this car will bring to your collection. I assure you I have had the discussion in my home already about this car and I do not believe it will be available for long. Make contact soon and bring your trailer or let the owner know you need help collecting it and maybe I can help him get it to you.
Good luck with the sale Len.
Best regards,
David Howard

Lenny you should consider taking your car to Carlisle if you can get it there Friday and Saturday. That is if you do not generate any interest off our site, BUMP for the nicest C3 available for sale.

Thank you for the nice comments. If anyone feels like making a social visit here; you are welcome. I know that Carlisle would be great exposure, but I am to much of a worrier; leaving it in the coral car for 2 days, rock from a truck while driving to and back, rain, etc. A few years back I met Drew Papsun at Carlisle, he drove his very low mileage 1972 LT1 from CT to be displayed in the NCRS building. As I recall it rained (as usual) that weekend. I was mostly thinking that I would be a nervous wreck driving such a nice car that distance and getting the undercarriage wet. I average about 100mi per year on the cars I owned/own and I put about 150 on this one so I'm over my average.
