F/S or Trade 73 Corvette
SOLD! 1973 Chevrolet Corvette, For Sale or Trade
55k miles with TH400 Automatic and 383 Stroker SBC. Specs & restored components below. Mechanically in excellent condition, Steering is very tight, the body is a 9 of 10. Paint is several years old and holding up well but has one dime sized bubble. The truth is the car shows very well so there’s really no need to repaint it yet. I have a shameful amount of money into this car. If you PM me I can provide receipts. I am asking $20,000.00 OBO. No rush to sell so low ball offers are not going to be responded to. Would consider a trade for a car of equal value prefer a manual. To clarify per forum rules: I'm open to trades of other classics, or a nice C-3, C-4, or C-5. I'm preferential to Corvettes but will remain open to classics.

A little further explanation, I had put side pipes on the car for about a year, but then when I changed out the motor to a 383, it was so loud I could not hear myself think. As well I had Corvette center paint and install a new rear valance that had no cut outs for the exhaust. So when I decided to get rid of the side pipes, I had a decision, do I cut holes in the new valance or do I do something unique. Well you can tell which way I went.

Engine bay
One of the folks that PM'd me asked for another photo of the engine bay.
Another photo of the engine bay the only difference is the valve covers are currently center bolt chrome with different wire looms

Great looking car. I'm in the process of selling our C7. If it sells quick I will be contacting you. I've always wanted a 73 and I'm at that point in life where the latest and greatest just doesn't mean that much anymore. Your car is just what I'm looking for, a good looking driver. I don't want a numbers matching all original that I'm afraid to drive because a rock chip will kill the value. Been there, done that. I want a Corvette to drive and enjoy. Good luck with the sale, although I hope it's still available in a few weeks.
