Default 1976 Stingray For Sale

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forums and selling my 1976 Stringray in Savannah, GA. Hoping someone here is seeking a car like this or can point me to someone else who is!

As for the car...all original parts intact and included, numbers match, original Chevy service guide included.

- 4-speed manual transmission.
- 5.7L 350 c.i. (L-48) with a few performance upgrades. Approx 230HP.
- New Edelbrock 650 cfm 4-barrel carb, aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold, high performance distributor, plugs, and wires.
- Front brakes recently serviced (custom painted calipers, rotors and pads).
- Side pipes
- T-tops
- Black leather and carpet
- Chrome luggage rack
- Factory installed A/C (needs compressor)
- After-market AM/FM/CD with speakers in back.

Functional and in good overall condition needing only minor work, mostly cosmetic. From 20 feet, it looks PERFECT. Close up, you'll see some worn interior trim and less than perfect paint. The leather seats are in great shape. This car is completely operational, is driven fairly often and runs great. No oil/fluid leaks, no significant body damage, well kept interior, all lights and blinkers work.

Here is my CL ad with more pics: http://savannah.craigslist.org/cto/5535537729.html

Serious inquiries only, please. Asking $8500 but open to discuss reasonable offers, no trades please.

Thank you!

Any more Pics? Underside? Rust issues?

Also Mileage would be interesting.

Very nice GLWS. I've contemplated installing the side pipe covers on my 76 (just for the look) while running the current flowmaster exhaust. Love that look.

I'm not a fan of cars that are not one million percent original,
but your car is really, really sharp.
Engine and chassis pics are needed.
Good Luck With the Sale!

Thanks for the comments everyone, I'll add some more photos ASAP. No rust issues, underside pics are hard because I don't have a good floor jack right now, but I'll see what we can do! It had 108K miles in 2012, but has been mostly garaged since then so I can confidently say "less that 120k".

All original parts on hand, everything that was replaced (carb/manifold) is on hand and can be restored.

Clean looking! You need to post more details about your sell. I just purchased a 72 off site and had it inspected before purchase. I found the car on this forum. Just saying more details better return. Really nice improvements you have made. Regards CrossWired.
