Football season is approaching for sure. Maybe I need to advertise this in Michigan, has to be some fans up there.

Hi David
Do you have the complete specs on the new cam that you installed in sparty?
Thanks
Andy

Sounds like you are building a car and using Sparty as the model. Sparty would be flattered.

One thing you may not know about me Andy is I document my builds pretty well. Just took me about five minutes to locate this picture of the cam I put in Sparty.

And here is the Summit Racing Web site I purchased the cam and lifter kit from for Sparty.

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/c...34-2/overview/

Hope this helps you with your build.

Best regards,

David Howard

LOL David I realise you are very particular about the way you do things. Oh and no I'm not building a car I don't use people like that I just like the lope of your cam and that's why i asked you to video a start up and an idle, hope it was a longer video but that's ok.
I just have a couple cars in my stable (not a real barn lol) and was thinking of putting that cam in one of the cars or close to your specs.
Thanks
Andy
Ps of you don't sell sparty this year and things go as planned here I'll be calling you.

This car is worth the effort to see in person.

Drove it today. I clean it every time I drive it when the engine cools. 49,500 actual miles on the car now.

In 1971 the CCS system was used except the LT1 and LS5, those had the A.I.R. pump system. No A.I.R. on this 350/270. Car will remain for sale through the winter.
Thank you.
