Default 1981 Corvette For Sale

1981 Corvette with glass t-tops
Rare rear deck t-tops holder still with car
GM crate engine with 11,200 miles, installed 4 years ago
88,700 miles on car, 350 auto tranny, AC converted to 134R
Repainted 6 years ago, original GM paint and clear coats added, 9 of 10 still
Very good condition, I’ve always garaged kept
Major mechanical work done by Corvette Etc. in Charlotte
Asking $15,900 and will entertain offer or consider trade for Jeep Wrangler

If you think the price is a little high, NADA puts value at $17,900, and the engine and paint are two areas you do not need to worry about. Believe me these are the “money” areas. Contact Tommy at 704-678-0245.

Gonna do one bump up to see if any interest before this post get farther down. Again paint and engine are two areas that have been addressed to the best so no worries on these two costly areas.

Bumping up one more time if interested. This be a nice ride with engine and paint done professionally so no future issues on those two items. Nothing as of now is an issue to be fixed. Just longing for another Jeep Wrangler to run around in, something that seats more than 2 people.

Default $14,500 now asking price

Bumping this up again since still in the garage. I love the C3 but also have the urge for another Jeep Wrangler so parting with this C3 to make room in the garage. Offers are considered or trade talk if you have a 2009 or older Jeep Wrangler prefer auto transmission so the wife can drive.

Default Price Drop!!!! $13,500 today

After some more research on prices I am dropping this to $13,500. Again has GM crate engine installed with 11,000 miles on engine. Paint redone original GM paint code and clear coat added.
Always garage kept, much other work has been done to keep this Vette running as best can.
My cell is 704-678-0245 and the Vette is located in NC near Lake Norman southern end.

So a few quick questions:
Any body mounts replaced?
Windshield pillar/bird cage/frame Rust?
Suspension bushings replaced?
Trailing arms Replaced?
Brakes converted to Oring?
Why did you stay with a standard HP crate motor if it was changed out?

Mick as far as I know no body mounts have been replaced nor have we seen any rust in the areas you asked of. Of course have not done a deep search either. Strut rods and bushings have been replaced and the trailing arms have been inspected and my main Corvette mechanic, Dub at Corvette Etc in Charlotte inspected them about 1000 miles ago, seen some wear but said no need to replace yet. Front brakes calibers and r/rear have been replaced but with GM calibers. On the engine, we stay with same HP, or rather the 195HP since here in NC I still had to have the car inspected yearly so all emission items had to be in place and Dub wanted to keep it as close to factory as could. I did look at the 290HP engine but GM tech told me that extra HP didn't come in till about 4000RPM. Hope this helps answer your questions. Again all major work has been done by Dub in Charlotte if you need more detail questions do let me know.
