73 Coupe F/S
I'm selling my freshly restored 1973 coupe. Life is taking a different direction and unfortunately my vette must go. I did most of the work myself (I'm an aircraft mechanic) exceptt the normal stuff like paint and upholstery. It is a CA with about 60K miles on before I started. It has about 200 on it now. Here are some details:
Targa Blue color/black interior
Frame off restoration, everything was powdercoated or plated
ZZ4 crate motor w/serpentine set-up
700R4 trans
Vintage air (was a non a/c car)
Dewits radiator w/electric fans
Wilwood brakes
Vansteel tubular front control arms and offset trailing arms
Coilovers with adjustable damping
New SS tubing (brakes, fuel)
New wiring
rack and pinion steering
Dakota Digital gauges with trans temp
New carpet/interior pieces
Al Knoch custom seats with heaters
Tilt/tele, PB, no power windows
everything is new or rebuilt
I'm asking $39,500 obo
car is located in Southern CA

The hood liner is just satin flat black paint! I'm having one made at my upholstery guy. I still have a few things to finish like that.
I drove it to work today (60 mile round trip) man this thing rides nice and is fun! turns 2000 rpm at 80. I love this thing

Wow! Looks fantastic. ( I guess, not much "heat properties" but still . . . looks really good).
looking at the picture, I expected you to reply and say it was some "space age" Kevlar panel or something...
It's funny, I don't have any liner on my '76 and boy, can you see the very distinct "fade line" from the engine heat.

I'll hang on to it rather than give it away. No worries I truthfully thought somebody would appreciate all the work that has gone into this car.
