Default WTB 68 or 69 Vert Vette

Hi everyone,

I have located a nice red vette in tenn but there are some leaks under the car that have me a little questionable. Anything can be fixed, but I wanted the seller to meet me half way on the parts but he will not budge.

Transmission is leaking, power steering is leaking, front seal at pan is leaking.

So, if anyone out there can't give me some hints on these parts repair ballpark costs, or if anyone knows where a nice red or blue vert vette is for sale, let me know.

Thanks,
Rob

If a C3 has a solid frame/birdcage and good body panels then the leaks would not bother me at all (unless the price is very high).

Birdcage and frame were decent. Some light surface rust but otherwise they looked ok. Typical body issues and needed regulators for Windows. Was cold starting but that is due to lack of an electric choke and maybe a carb cleaning.

Price at the moment is 24k ish but I want to be in around 22.5 to 23 that would give me some room to repair the leaks.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

The '68's came with a 327 so if this is a 350 it's not the original motor.
