1969 Vert 5spd Resto Mod - $35k w/hardtop
I am selling my 1969 Corvette convertible
This is a California car and I am located in Northern California.
I also have the hard top, it is painted to match but the rear glass got broken during one of our earthquakes (no bs!) a couple of years back.

I have had a few folks asking for more information on the car and I know that I don't check this forum enough, so I am posting below my last email that I sent out:
I don’t have any good photos of the interior right now. I will post some interior pics when I get the car back.
The car is over at our Northern California Corvette specialist, Automotive Enterprises in San Carlos CA.
I am having the hood reshot as there was a scratch in the hood. They are also detailing the engine bay and installing a new windshield.
I have a hard top for the car, it is painted the same as the car but needs more work. The rear glass was out of it while I was going to get new rubber for it, the glass was sitting on a set of my race tires when we got hit by an earthquake (I live in Napa CA) and the glass fell and shattered. I do have the soft top, but it still has an old white top andI have never reinstalled it as I live in California and my toy cars never see bad weather. I am still not sure what I am going to do about the top.
The interior was redone a little over a year ago in black leather and new door panels were installed. There is no radio in the original console, which looks “empty”. I have a second center radio bezel that was modified to fit a modern single DIN head unit. I may just have one installed to complete it more.
The car has used a column mounted tach ever since I have owned the car, I don’t know why the factory tach is not connected, I think it is a mechanical unit(??). My original plan was to run all Autometer gauges but I never got around to it.
The engine is a SBC Fastburn (Aluminum heads) crate motor with the “Hot Cam”, the transmission is a 5-speed. The fuel injection is a Holley Commander 950 Multipoint Fuel Injection Systems. The factory side pipes (which are really not side pipes per se, they are covers) are fed by a set of custom Jerry Stahl headers and side pipes.
The suspension is VPB fiberglass leaf springs.
I have had the car for over fifteen years and just don’t drive it. My original plan was to road race the car, but it turned out so nice that I changed my mind (and went to a CTS-V). My garage is full and last year I picked up a ’65 Cadillac convertible which is why I decided to put the Corvette up for sale.

After thinking about it some more, I have decided that I am going to have the old white vinyl top replaced with a new black cloth. Similar to the one I had installed on my Impala. After answering multiple emails from around the country, it turns out that there are other areas other than California!! Who Knew?!!
As little that I have driven the car and living in Napa, I just really didn't notice it.
Though the hard top was painted when the car was painted, it will be a bonus as I am not going to spend the time to search for a new rear window etc etc.
