For sale or trade is my 1981 corvette. It has around 67k original miles. Motor and transmission are the stock 5.3l and 4l60e. Stock tune besides removing stuff for the swap. It has air conditioning that works. Autometer electric speedometer and tach. Interior is in good condition. Really the only thing it needs is a paint job. Paint is faded on the top. Is the engine/transmission stock from another GM vehicle? If yes, how do the headlites work? How many miles does the engine and transmission have on them? GLWTS

It has a 2001 Chevy Silverado 5.3L LS based motor. It is paired up with a Silverado 2wd 4L60e. I just slapped a ls1 intake and oil pan on it and it dropped right in.

The headlight vacuum system is just tied into the back of the intake manifold. Vacuum is Vacuum. Not really sure on the mileage. Probably between 100K and 150K. Car has around 68K

This LS LM7 swap is very reliable and reasonable, that engine can crank out about 300HP with a tune. The cast iron block is stout and will go for many more miles. I like what you have done it would be very helpful if you were to provide more information and pictures. I intend this in a respectful helpful manor hope you don't mind.
I am in the market for a 77 and live on the left coast otherwise would be very interested to view this one. The LS swap auto is my goal as well.
