Usually do not comment on price, but $410,000.00 seems a little steep.

That would be my guess.

Apparently someone (I will refer to as The Forum ****) removed my prior post from this thread and I would appreciate an explanation. I have read the rules. There was nothing nasty, insulting or derogatory about my post. In fact, it was intended to be humorous. Perhaps my humor was too subtle for the person who removed it. I never post insulting comments, other than this well-deserved one. I am quite sensitive to that issue and have my posts, including that one, read by someone else, prior to posting. My post referred to the 410,000 typo and referenced the $160,000 renovation in the posting for a 1974 restomod by MIKE6811. I thought it was quite clever. If my post was, for some reason, inappropriate I will apologize. Conversely, if it was removed irrationally and inappropriately, I expect an apology.

Lmyvt76-yes you figured out what I diid wrong. My opinion is that the moderator detected a bit of sarcasm in AARRA'S post that was deleted. But yes my typing sucks.I have been on other forums/websites where the smallest things turn into internet pissing matches. The mods are trying to keep things on a positive note. Thanks for spotting the typo guys.

I appreciate your response and I do not want to hijack your post. I believe that car is worth $10K. Regarding my post, (1) it did not say that it was removed by the moderators, all it said was "removed by ."; (2) I do not think my post was sarcastic, it was my attempt at humor. No one believed you were asking $410K; (3) No one removed the post that suggested that $4100 might be too much, which some might consider more offensive. I will leave it there. GLWS.
