I want a Black (may consider other colors) C3 T-top. Restomods okay. Must have a stroker or any other high performance crate engine. Prefer either red or light tan interior but will consider others. I don't need a matching numbers car or the original engine. Not looking for a huge project car that needs a lot of work. Paint needs to be very nice 8/9 and interior excellent. Wife likes the 1980 year due to the tail in the rear but will consider other years in the C3 lineup.

Yep. Should be gone tomorrow. It became part of an attorney general investigation and had to sell back to the previous owner. Sure was a looker.

I noticed a 1973 Convertible for sale in Flint Michigan with a 454 - 4 speed. It also has the original 350 SBC. Do a search in Flint Mi craigslist.

'79 L-82 4 spd close ratio, Gymkhana suspension, rebuilt BOTH front & rear suspensions....will have around 400 hp "locally built crate engine" in a couple weeks. Paint about a 10-footer. Black on black, T-Tops....ps, pb, no ac.
Original match. #'s engine in garage, w/ orig. spare & tubs & air pump & rear stock spring.

They say everything has a price. I have a '79 L82 with a 383 stroker making 494hp & 498ftlb at the crank ($7500 alone). black on black. 4 spd. pretty much done except paint, it's a 10ft car. everything else has been done over. converted to elect fuel pump. 2 new & 2 rebuilt calipers with the new style seals. have the extra GM crate motor block that came in the car, can still see the crosshatch marks in the cylinders. cast heads built with stud & girdles, triple cut up valves. I have a 1979 Corvette coupe, white with tan cloth, automatic. Car is very original and score 90.7 points in NCRS show. Bought the car because it was one owner and in beautiful shape. 36,000 verifiable miles on the car. All working but a/c. If you want a car to mod w/o doing body, chassis or interior, this may be a good fit. Asking $9500.00.
