It does not have a salvage title because there was no insurance
Claimed on the car
Titles only Become Salvaged in NC if the insurance
Pays out on them as a total loss
There was no insurance on the car

That is correct it was not insured

It appears from the photos that the waterline may have been close to the top of the rear tail lights. AS best I can tell. What a shame!
