1972 coupe NCRS Duntov 22,009 orig miles (New Pics & price)
Car is SOLD and going to Germany. Thanks Peter!
I have a '72 coupe I would like to sell. It is pewter silver on black and is equipped with ps, pb, pw, auto, ac, and deluxe interior. Pictures show aftermarket wheels but I have the original rally's with bias plies. The original white stripe Goodyear is in the spare carrier and has never been run. Original base 350 in the car runs very strong. The car earned an NCRS Duntov award many years ago before I bought it. I had it judged once after I acquired it and it received another top flight award. It has just over 22,000 original miles and drives like a 1 year old corvette. The paint was redone before I bought it and is in very good condition but not perfect. Some of the pics below were taken about a year ago but I have included a link to photobucket for many more pics from 7 or so years ago. The car has not changed from that time but I have moved from Ohio to Washington. Car is priced at $35000. I would prefer to trade for 69 or 70 L46 convertible or 71 or 72 LT-1 and would be willing to add some cash for the right car. Big block cars also considered. It is as clean on the bottom as the top like it was just delivered to the dealer, never driven in rain. These cars are way undervalued compared to the 63 to 67 vettes and if this car was a 67 it would sell for $70k. The 65 coupe shown in photobucket is sold. It was a 365hp air car but it had more stories in its past so I let it go. If I sell this one I will probably regret it. Click the photobucket link below for many pics. New photobucket link added 3/12/17.

Just wanted to say.."Awesome looking Coupe"
.........however; I don't understand why some members always say they would buy it if it was a 4 speed or if it was a BB.......Can't we just enjoy all the cars for what they are! ....it is what it is...

Your car is a lot cheaper than this 72 Duntov coupe, and in my opinion, a much better color.

Thanks for the compliments, that other Duntov car looks beautiful but I'd have to see it to tell what the $195,000 difference is. I like all the colors they offered in 72 and the pewter silver on my car was the least bought color and, and only available in 72. When I get my time machine I will go back to the original selling dealer and tell them to check the boxes for options LT-1 and M-21.

Hi,
I'm pleased to read this.
If the car IS how it LOOKS in the PHOTOS, (and I have no reason to think that it isn't), it looks like Rich is buying a nice 72!
Good car, good for the seller, good for the buyer!
Regards,
Alan

Sale fell through, back on market with new price and willing to trade for 69 or 70 L46 cars or 71 or 72 LT-1's and I'm willing to add cash for the right car. Old price was $30k but raised it to $35k when corvette dealers were offering my full price with no dickering.

Beautiful car love the 1972 year. Just finishing my 1972 restoration. I have a lot more than $35,000.00 invested. In my younger years had a 1972 LT-1 Air car. Wish I could locate it would love to have it back.
