There was an engineer selling his red LT-1 a/c convertible on here a few years ago and stated it was 1 of 5. I too asked how he knew that and he went through the percentages. Basically they made 57 LT-1 a/c convertibles, and 10% of corvettes were white, so that comes out to 6 (5.7) white LT-1 a/c convertibles.
I'll see if I can find that email. I did print it out and have a copy in the my car.
