What spark plug w/AFR heads????
Here's a cut and paste of something I found online:
LT1 w/ AFR heads
Thread – 14mm
Reach – 3/4”
Socket – 5/8 hex
Seat – Gasket
Stock – MFG Recommendations
Heat Range: 9
Gap: Consult ignition mfg.
Plug: NGK 5672A-9 (stock number 7405); Autolite AR3910; Champion C59YC (stock number 792); Denso IQ27 (stock number 5315); Denso IQ01-27 (stock number 5708)(diagonal platinum ground); Denso IQ02-27 (stock number 5711)(horizontal platinum ground)
Nitrous (one step colder)
Heat Range: 10
Gap: Consult ignition mfg.
Plug: NGK 5672A-10 (stock number 7942); Autolite AR50; Denso IQ31 (stock number 5323)
Nitrous (two steps colder)
Heat Range: 11
Gap: Consult ignition mfg.
Plug: Denso IQ34 (stock number 5324)
I had been running Accel 414S (shorty header plugs) but never really liked them. I just ordered the Autolite 3910 and NGK 7405 plugs and will try both and report experience. Was hoping to hear from other AFR users and what you use and how you liked them.
My plugs looks about like no. 7 in this link:

Melting Slicks
is this for the blown vette?
not sure about the specific AFR recomendation, but I was having great luck with the NGK TR7ix plugs to 22 psi in the vette. they were running very clean, bot too hot, not too cold and were awesome against fouling even under richer conditions and big boost!

I have run the NGKs, Champion and the Autolite plugs. The best results I had were from the Autolite series, though the Champions were not too bad either.
I ran AR3910 plugs for a while, then switched to Autilite 3823, and have run Autolite 3923 plugs for the past two years. The AR3910 are plugs from Autolite's racing line, which means they come with the "cut back ground strap" and the requisite much higher price. The Autolite 3923 plugs are essentially the same except better under higher boost conditions, but the plugs' ground strap will have to be cut back manually.
I hope this helps.
