Default Air/fuel questions

So I took my car to the dyno today, I'm going to be using 30 degrees total timing from now on as it's a bit conservative and I feel it is safer.

With 30 degrees timing and low 11s to mid 10s AFR, it made 423 rwhp on a dyno that I feel was reading a little low.

With 32 degrees total timing and low 11 to mid 10 AFR, the car made 427 rwhp. The tuner felt the extra 2 degrees of timing is not worth 4 horsepower.

When I started tuning AFR on the dyno, I started with 26 degrees of total timing and low 11 to mid 10 AFR. I leaned out the mixture to be between 11.0:1 and 12.0:1 and there was only a horsepower gain of about 2 horsepower.

So is mid 10s AFR dangerously rich in this situation if the engine is reacting like this? This is also on a 100 shot.

Default

I would leave the timing around 30/32 but lean the AFR to about 12.2 /12.4
