I have installed the handle before. It is a real pain in the butt. There is almost no room to work down there. I had to remove the panel under the steering wheel to get to it. There is one screw in a very tight place. I asked the dealer how much they would charge to install it. $200. 
I walked around to the parts department and bought it for less then $20 and installed it myself in about an hour.
