this is when dex-cool became standard... however, there is this "new" green that is compatiable with both old an new styles of coolants.
Prestone makes its. Autozone sells it. Good stuff. Works fine.

Melting Slicks
My 95 had factory fill of green type. I flushed it and used the G05 which is the same as the new anti-freeze that can be used with both types of anti-freeze. Just use distilled water with any type of anti-freeze.
