Woo Hoo - won a trophy!
We went to our town's annual cruise-in tonight. The weather stunk, but they still had 135-ish cars - mostly rods and muscle cars.
I had actually spent time really cleaning my engine compartment and it was looking pretty good. Then right before judging began, we got a major down pour that lasted 30 minutes or so. As soon as the rain stopped, they announced to dry cars and judging would begin immediately. I was the 4th car judged, so mine was still wet. They said it was cool because they had seen it before the rain. I did pop the hood for them and they gave me some cool comments.
Any way, it was just kind of cool to see a C4 win a trophy at a show filled with and run by owners of more nostalgic cars.

I was impressed that only a couple cars left in the rain - all the hard core waxers stuck it out.

My mind changes more than the weather in Ohio about what I want to do. Keep it, Z06, GTO, street rod, college fund . . .
