If you can feel them with your fingernail there is nothing except replacing that can be done.If not there is polish that a glass shop might be able to do something with it.

Drifting
There is a kit from the Eastwood co. that has a polishing mandrel and 3 or 4 different compounds you can use with your drill to buff them out if they aren't to bad. www.eastwood.com I think They are in Pottstown, PA.
