An admitted intoxicated post...
I admit I was surfing on E-Bay for a 96 GS... and other places...
I looked for 90ers and what did I see...
Three cars that if I had them I would be one smiling fella...
There were two GS for sale and a modified with nitrous boost from the wheel...
I was wondering...
I wanted the clamshell BECAUSE it was the tilt front end. When the 90 came out I was spellbound. But I was a pigheaded Mopar man.
I know it ain't teh fastest from the factory... but I had spent mucho denero on my other cars for this ( I put a tilt on a pickup and the 41)... and when the Corvette of my cousin's got a factory look (well OK, it is close to a tilt front end)... I even drew a picture of it when I was in Santa Cruz... living out of a Van near the shore with a board on the roof of the Dodge conversion van... I wanted one.
Well my second wife was totally against it... But the 300 Lexus was OK...
I went looking because...
I went looking because...
Shoot...
I don't have a reason I went looking... but a late model C4 is what I would love...
And I prefer a BLUE Corvette to ANY other color... why... because it's a blue Corvette...
And my favorite color is green BTW... go figure...
SOOO I was wandering...
If you had your druthers... and you got to pick which C4 you really wanted...
Which one would you want... and what specific options would you want before you started to add after-market parts.
Me...
I'd start with the 96 GS... and then put in a larger cubed motor.

Thats a hard question, I love my charcoal metalic 1990. but I also like yellow vettes, and black (my frist vette was black-a 65 coupe) and red (my second was a red coupe w/ saddle-a 70 bb)
I guess the one you love the most is the one you are driving.
Just like a woman.
