Default clutch pedal close to kick panel

I have a '90 and it seems like the clutch pedal is so close to the kick panel. When I'm done shifting, I have to either wedge my foot down beside it or pull my foot back and slide it up under the left edge of the pedal. Anyone else have this problem? No I don't have Herman Munster feet either. I wear a 10 shoe. Wish I could move the pedal!

Same problem here, and I am a size 9.
It's the result of having large perimeter frame rails and a large tunnel (which comes from having the engine set back a lot and a short wheelbase), not from having the clutch pedal too far to the left.
If the pedal was moved to the right, we'd be flashing our brake lights every time we shifted. (I do that, too)

Not long ago, a bunch of us posted suggestions/what we did to alleviate the situation. I, along with others, specifically bought "driving shoes" that are narrow and light. Compared to almost any regular shoe, and certainly to the usual sneakers, or my "skate" sneakers, these things are narrow. They barely are wider than my regular width feet.

Even then, I brush the brake, do a little brake/accelerator sometimes, etc.

And just in case you thought I got some kind of Piloti driving shoes at mega bucks, they're Converse sneaks at a discount shoe store, but of a completely different shape than basektball sneakers. Look like track shoes (hmm, maybe Road and "Track" shoes??? ) Happens to be all mesh on the sides and you can feel the wind blowing through to keep cool!! Both the shape and mesh really help. I can't imagine how clumsy I'd be without them.

Oh, yes I can...

I wear size 15 but luckily they are A width. I don't notice the clutch that much cause the top of my head is jammed against the roof!
