I recently noticed, especially after getting my windows tinted that if I put either window partway down, then back up, there will be a long horizontal streak on the outside of the window where it touches the outer door seal. Almost looks like a streak of grease/silicone on the window.

The door seals do not have any grease on them, and are dry. I tried cleaning some of the dirt off the inside of the seals (they were quite dirty), but other than that I can't figure out why it's doing this.

Any ideas?
