know lots of discussions on this matter. hoped i could find answer so reviewed all and maybe i missed it?? any way i am going to replace my troubled bose system with a pioneer system. i am not going to take out original bose system. just going to not use this radio at all. have found good spot to put radio. question is i will not be using bose system at all. but will be using area behind seats where current bose speakers are located. they tell me i can not use these speaker for none other than bose. i had planned to disconnect amps on rear speakers and wire for speaker only. can i do this?? or do i have to purchase new speakers? will be using rear speakers for new radio and also new wiring for radio. (will not be using anything tied in to bose system) original will still be in place when someone down the line has bunch money and wants all stock. wiring etc will be there. thanks for any info. art
