Drifting
Forgive the scanned prints; I was a little slow coming on board the digital age. 
Poor lighting don't help none either.

Fortunately, the camera didn't capture most of the grime. Trust me, though -- the car was trashed! This was at the back end of a two-week adventure, and it had spent the second week sitting on the gravel parking lot at a B&B in Key West. It hadn't rained in weeks there, and you would not believe the clouds of dust that got kicked up every time a car rolled through that lot. Then we had a few sprinkles one night that kinda glued the dust to the car in polka dots. It was the worst this car has looked since I bought it. Took two full days to get it cleaned up again, and I still haven't cleaned it up under the hood.But it was so worth it. I had a blast! The only reason the ragtop is not where it belongs in those two pix is that we didn't have room to drop it. Not long after those shots were taken, we handed the dirty laundry off to the folks at the UPS store, and then we were cruising topless once again!

Don't go on vacation with the Vette, but I did go on the latest Hot Rod Power Tour from Florida to New Jersey and stopped on the way back in Virginia to visit the grandkids. They loved the Vette.
