I have a 1995 Corvette. I came across a set of stock (2 sets) of C5 rims. So I decided to put the 17'' on front and back. I sold the 18'' rims ...will this work out ok?

Aren't the 17" C5 front wheels narrower than the 17" rear C4 wheels?

It would depend on what size tires you put on those rims.

Every tire has a recommended rim width range. As long as you stay within that range, you should be alright. Take your tire sizes and go to a tire site and look up the spes for your tire.

17'' rims are the same size 17x8x5

It will work out, but not sure how it would look. The rear wheels on a stock '95 are 9.5 inch. They(the C5 fronts) may be a little more inboard than stock.

Take some pics so we can see.

Actually I already know since I had C5 fronts on the rear of my car.
