Default 1995 C4 paint question

Hi All. I have a Cyclamen Metaliic (deep purple metallic) 1995 LT1 Coupe. I understand 1049 deep purple metallic Corvettes produced in 1995.

Of these 25 were ZR1s with the remaining as coupes or convertibles considered in the 1024 remaining.

Would like to find out how many of the remaining 1024 were coupes and how many were convertibles. Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure CAC has the complete breakdown. But I do recall seeing a site somewhere that has a breakdown even by interior colors (ex. X number of yellow coupes by gray, tan and black interior).

Hopefully, someone will know where the site is.

Yes, I've seen these. I was looking even more for the breakdown of # of coupe and convertibles in Paint Code 05 with black leather interior option. I may be looking for something impossible but someone at GM has got to have that information.

Any of you ever use Allied Vaughn?

I would think int/ext colors produced might be available somewhere, but the major sources I checked all showed n/a for the combo, but they did have for one or the other.

GM didn't keep specific records about specific body types and colors/interiors/production options. You can do a little math work and come up with an estimate, but that's about it.

Where did you get the term "Cyclamen Metallic"? The Corvette color name for RPO 05U was Dark Purple Metallic. There may have been other GM car lines that had the same color available with a unique name but in this case, it was just Dark Purple Metallic.

Yes, that is true on the Corvette color but GM had final authority on it and used it on other lines calling it Cyclamen Metallic. Alot of Chevy trucks and Camaro bodies were painted this same color in 1995. On the Corvette for 1995 it is rare - on multiple Chevy monikers in 1995 it was not.

Personal choice of color and name preference. Besides, when I first showed it to my wife she thought of an Easter Egg color....
