What year did the C4 change from the flat rear to the rounded rear design?

What year did the C4 change from the flat rear to the rounded rear design?
I was looking at pictures on here and trying to figure out what year the rear end of the C4 Vettes changed...
What was the last year C4 that had the flat butt end, or what year was the first year for the rounded butt design?
I kinda like the rounder rear end - but I guess to each his own right? :D
I'm still trying to find "my" Vette so I can go looking a little more closer! LOL!

In 1990 the ZR-1's went to that style, then in 1991 they all changed to that look.

Of course you're absoulutely correct, it's a personal preference, but I much prefer a butt slightly rounded, and trim; but definately not flat... :lol:

In 1990 the ZR-1's went to that style, then in 1991 they all changed to that look.
but remember the 1990 ZR1 had the new rear bumper but it still had black body side mouldings and all.
in 91 they moved onto a wider moulding that was the color of the cars body.

Yes the 90 Zr1 was the first year for the round **** and square lights and it was the last year for the square **** and round tail lights, in 91 all of the cars recived this round butt and the wide body moulding painted to match the car and they also got the different front bumper with more round look to it, and there are specific detail to tell between a ZR-1 and a 91-95 vettes. :yesnod:
