1989 Market Value

1989 Market Value
I have an 1989 Corvette with 35K original miles that I have owned since 2000, The car is stored 9 - 10 months out of the year (Ohio weather & my schedule). I baby this vehicle - it has not seen bad weather since I've owned it. All new belts, hoses, tires, etc.
The time has come to sell the vehicle and I don't know where to begin. Any guidance/recommendations would be appreciated. This is not an "average" '89. It is an automatic, with a solid fiberglass top as well as the smoked glass top. Extremely clean.
Recommendations on pricing, how and where to list, etc. would be helpful.
Thank you.

Kelley Blue book lists a 35,000 mile "89" Vette retail price in Excellent condition, as $10,700.
NADA lists a "High" retail price of $12,250 and a "Clean" retail price of $11,025.
I would list it in AutoTrader or Craigslist for starters. Also, include multiple pictures in your listings.

If I were buying, I don't think I would pay more than $8 or $9k, but if I were selling, I would try to get $12K. The reason for the difference is the cars value is in the low miles and there are people out there that will pay extra for that. For me, it wouldn't matter because I intend to drive whatever car I have and as the miles rack up, the value would plummet. Be patient and you will probably get good money for the car, but you will need to be patient.

It also depends where you live. I live on the Maryland , West Virginia border and I bought a 89 last year in fair condition with 112,000 for $7000 , a friend of mine got a 89 in Feb of this year in great condition with 75,000 miles for $10,000. I would say in this area your car would probable bring between $10,000 and $12,000. WW
