Default Non-Raced Challenge Car

I have a chance at a (supposed) non-raced '89 Corvette Challenge car. Is there a way I can check serial numbers to see if it is authentic?

I believe the red #30 Corvette that was asked about, is the car that Doug Rippie (DRM) built and campaigned at the "24 Hours of Lemans" back in the day.

I've got an app on my phone called CorvetteDNA and when I entered 1990 World Challenge it came back with this value $72000 for excellent condition, average mileage...

We have one of the non-raced '89 Challenge Corvettes. Look in the center console for the RPO R7F, that is the RPO used on the cars. Also PM me the full VIN number and I can tell you if the car is legit or not.

I own a 1988 Challenge car that I just raced a week ago at Waterford Hills, MI.

Plan on racing SVRA this next year at Indy and other venues. Lots of fun. These cars need driven and seen.
