headlight problems

Default headlight problems

parked my 85 about 4 months ago for upgrading/repairs, both headlights worked fine. i have left the hood open for a month or two. i got interrior back together, pulled headlight switch, both headlights come on but only one opens. do these go bad from sitting????

Check and make sure the motor turns on headlight.

If motor turns, but it does not move, it might be time to rebuild the gears. If it is, order the brass set as they hold up much better.

headlight comes on, didn't hear motor running.
