I am looking at a 1996 red/red coupe on ebay located in Swartz Creek, Mich. Unfortunately I am a C3 owner (1971) and know very little about the C4's. Anyone have any input or comments on the car or is anyone close to Swartz Creek that would look at the car? The spoiler and rims (C5) are not original but supposedly everything else is. Any thoughts or input appreciated.

Noting really particular about a 96. Look at it as any almost 14 year old sports car. Weatherstripping is probably shot unless replaced. U joints, brakes, springs, shocks,...the list goes on....but all normal stuff.

I know it is difficult to buy a vehicle off the internet. I have bought three and only one did not match the description...and it was my first internet purchase. The others have turned out to be really great....and all from dealers. I would rather buy from an individual though.
