Dewitts is one Cool radiator!!!
Well I got my Dewitts radiator for my 89 today, so I went out and put it in this afternoon. With the old radiator when I would stop at a light the temp would go up about 1 degree every 10 to 15 seconds. Now when I stop at a light it goes up 1 degree every 45 seconds to 1 minute and when I take off from the light the temps drops like a rock.In normal 40 to 55 mph driving its running about 8 degrees cooler then with my stock unit. I can't wait to see how well it works in the hot weather..This may end up being the best money I have spent on this car yet.....WW

Mine arrived last night. What surprised me was the heavy duty packaging that Dewitts uses.
But then, it shouldn't surprise me when shipping a premium part across the country.
Hopefully I'll get 'er installed soon.
Thanks for the GP

Hey Coach, Its real tight getting the core down into the new rubber seats that they send with it..I had to take a long pry bar to help get it down into the rubber all the way, you don't have much room between the condensor and the new radiator.Just lift up on the condensor and move it as far forward as you can, then once the radiator is in put the condensor into its slot..Other then that it goes in fairly easy...WW
