I dont trust buying motors from random guys they may just be out to make a buck...
You can take your c4 to Terry walters and let him stroke it for you .30 over.
Hes local and will fix anything that goes wrong.
This guy in Texas wont pull your motor and fix it for you.
Just some peace of mind!
As always there should not be a heating issue if there is just get a high flow radiator.

Never had a problem with overheating my 383 LT4 (except when the water pump failed).
I have had it in both extremes in traffic on the street on a smoking hot day in VA Beach and had it at 7,000+ rpm on a track with a stock radiator. Get a GOOOOOOD water pump and call it a day. (Meziere HD electric or GM Performance Parts HD mechanical)

My Gen I 383 with original '87 radiator works fine , even sitting in the staging lanes in summer heat.Did five 7K pulls on the dyno last week without using the dyno fan in front of car and it didn't go over 200
Just reprogrammed the fan to come on earlier

If there is a mistake we fix it!
Dont know how many times ive went to peoples houses where they paid a cheap guy to do it and they do a cheap job then they have to pay us to fix it!
Better to go to Terry Walters and have it done right the first time then get some guy half way across the country to do it.
He's Local and Stands behind his work.
In the late 70s he built a 65 Gto for my dad had 800hp at the wheels dad said it ran like a top till he hit a telephone poll with it LOL.

Terry is good, but be ready to get your wallet out, he's not cheap but he builds some really stout stuff. Also, plan on some time on his waiting list for an engine, he is usually very busy.
Frankly, a little bit of overkill for a stroker, unless you're headed to the track. I would install a crate motor and then take it to Terry for some "tweaking".
FYI, this stroker never overheats in a C3!

My 383 was a new block with stroker crank and even at over 400 HP never overheats with stock radator and Water Pump !
You should get the radator cleaned both inside and out and get a new cap and get your system checked for correct operating pressure.
I've had caps wear out seal ring and spring and even a tube on the expansion tank [ one of the little lines ] get loose and it leaked pressure.
Any of these cars has to have a well maintained cooling system.
