Default will 1990 corvette rims fit on a 1997 camaro?

My 97 camaro has 16 inch Z-28 star type wheels and I am curious if the wheels and tires from my 1990 vette have the same offsets as the camaro rims.

I basically need to know because the tires on my rims are brand new and I don't want them to get flat spots, so till the car is done thought I would put them on my camaro so at least they are not sitting in one position and be shot by the time I register this vette.

Appears they do
From a aftermarket wheel seller

56mm offset with 7.4" backspacing , will fit '88 through '96 Corvette. They will also fit 1993 through 2003 Camaro/Firebird or TransAm. Some slight modifications may be required on the rear of the Camaro. They will not fit the '93-'97 Convertible version of the Camaro, Firebird or Trans Am.

Mine is a coupe ..... Thanks

Do you know what the "modification is"? Mine also has 4 wheel disc brakes

Also will these really mess with the PCM

A assume it is to do with tire to body clearance
Don't believe brakes are a factor as Camaro 16" rims clear brakes and Vette rims are 17" .
PCM will only be affected if tires are different height giving incorrect speedo
