Removing sun visors in 93
Good afternoon. I'm replacing the sun visors in my 93 vette. Wonder if someone can provide some instructions on how to remove the old ones and replace with the new. Newbie doing my own work...

Remove the top,remove the 2 trim panels,remove the long header trim panel,disconect the plugs for the lights.Not sure if the visors have threaded studs or not.Have at it.
That is one of the easier tasks.

yes the visor has a tapered stud.. 8mm nut under the cover
that is spring loaded.. there is a spring retainer that gets stuck on the threads
wiggle the visor to free the retainer
