Change oil light

Default Change oil light

How do I turn the change oil light off?? Thanks in advance.

This has been covered many times in the past and I recommend you try the search funtion. It's also in the owners manual. Page 109 in my 93's owners manual.

Turn the key to on, but don't start the car.
Press the ENG MET button. Within 5 seconds press it again
Within 5 seconds press and hold the gauges button. The change oil light will flash.
Hold the gauges button until the change oil light stops flashing and goes out.

As mentioned above, it's in the owners manual too.

Don't forget you have to look to the left and cough 3 times, but before you hold a C note for 5 seconds on the harmonica

Maybe he doesn't have an owners manual.
Some PO's for some stupid reason don't convey it when they sell their cars.

My '92 didn't have one but I knew where to get one, including the leather binder and pen and air gauge.
