Why would the guy with the "hot car" be the bad driver? Looks to me like the guy with the Ford didn't see him when he pulled out and ran him over. You should have said "another bad driver with a bigger truck then he can handle"

Um, I read my post again and can't find the word "stupid". Second, I was pointing out that he shouldn't make the assumption that just because someone has a flashy car then they must be a bad driver. Third, your insurance company must have loved that oops!

How do you get bad driver out of this?If the moron driving the truck was sitting on top of a Toyota would you have made the same comment?

If the OP "read" that the Ferrari driver was at fault, he should have supplied that along with the video so stupid arguments like this wouldn't take place!

I can't really tell who was at fault but I'm sure they'll get it sorted out...now as for people in "big" trucks and SUV's I've had it happen to me more times than I care to, drivers pulling out right in front of me. It's as though some have the mindset "Oh I'm in a tank so naturally I own the road". I occasionally drive my dad's F250 4x4 and I'm ALWAYS on the lookout for any potential idiot at an intersection or side street, whether they be in a truck or on a bike. When I'm in the old work car or the bonneville I'm still diligent but when I have the vette out it can almost border on paranoia with the what seems like record amounts of clueless jackwagons on the roads.
