Hi Pete, would you mind sharing what type and size those wheels are? And do u have spacers or lowering kits involved there?
One of the nicests wheel setups i have seen.
Thanks, VikingTrad3r.
it's been a while since I lowered it but the front is lowered about an 1.5 or 1.25 rear is nearly 3 inches lower. I'd like to lower the front more, probably later when I get a stiffer spring. Just chopped off the rubber bits like most people do, and 12 or 11 inch bolts in the rear, I think it's 11.
Rears are spaced out an inch, fronts are 20mm and it's honestly not enough for the front, rears could use another 5mm too. No rubbing issues though.
I'm thinking that since this was the only model that I really wanted that I got real lucky to find the car with 41k miles in such pristine condition and at what I think was a good deal ($12,500) which included the original hardtop still in the wrapper along with the original exhaust which was replaced by the original dealership for the original owner and swapped for the Borla performance system. And if it wasn't that great a deal, well then I'm just going to cry in my coffee mug while I drive it as much as possible!
Wow...that is really nice!
That combination of color, body kit, and wheels makes for a most unique and standout Corvette...I've never seen one done like that before. Very nicely done!
Thank you for the great comment, I looked around for a while to find a set a wheels that matched the color of my car. These came the closest.
