I looked at some of their display models during Bloomington Gold this year. They make a solid, well built product!

I just use stock fans on my 90 and when i was stuck in traffic in July when outside temp was 100+ i had no problems. I could see temp drop as soon as I heard the fan kick on.

Wow. I have a feeling the chinese arent building those $200-$300 rads like that....
I am pretty much sold. Tom what about a GP for next year? I'd assume you would get more then a few guys interested!

That hurricane thing will turn Rose into a rolling dust ball!

Yes, but she will be a very "cool" rolling dust ball...This fan moves way more air then the stock fan. This has a two fold effect, it cools better, plus it moves that hot air out of the engine bay faster making the underhood temps lower. This has to make the electical and plastic components last longer....WW

Thanks for the comments guys. I realize the C4's are not pulling in the big bucks and they are really in a category all their own. It's tough to pay 5-10% of your vehicle value for a radiator and many just can't do it. We are looking into creating a new (cheaper) single row design that will cool the same as the double row. With fatter tubes and shorter fin we might be able to that.

Tom
can you make sense of these numbers?Supposedly this is a 16 in spal not sure what cfm/amp its rated at trying to find out. May need an upgrade.
Have a 1 wire 50 amp alt (rcr mini alt)
AP70/LL A473 M9.7
Cod.20111233
No.W0 00594259
Need a powerful fan with low amp draw
on a 16/24 brass 3 row rad, 580-600chp somewhere in there.
Dont worry there will always be the crowd who will pay the money for a well known product like your radiators. Doesnt the tube soldering have a different process than the cheapies (epoxy?)

Very impressive set up. It sounds like you folks have your quality control issues well in hand. I used to build pressure vessels and know what is involved. A lot more than meets the eye.
From sourcing the correct metals with the correct metallurgy.. to the correct brazing materials, from the correct machines to form the metal, tubes, etc. It all adds up...
The last thing anyone needs to worry about is a bad radiator. Usually a bad radiator leads to much bigger issues down the road.
But in the end, I know if you take care of the quality, it will show. And most of all you will have a superb reputation. Probably all of us really have that matter. I have heard nothing but good from people here about your products.
I have talked to a few mechanics in my area and they have huge issues with some of the parts they get. And it drives them nuts. They try to do the best they can, but the quality of parts today seems to be not what it used to be.
I know if I ever have to replace mine, I will spend the extra couple of dollars, and rest well assured I have the best

Think they are worth saving for. One I need is almost 600, 400 more than the competitors but being stranded in the middle of nowhere due to a cheap pos rad. doesnt sound fun to me .
