What wax to use
What is the best wax to use on my 86 corvette? I have a 10" buffer. I just did not know if any difference in recommended wax between the fiberglass or metal car. Thanks

any quality name-brand wax is just fine. no significant difference between metal or fiberglass cars. just keep it clean and wax often. some wax may last longer than others, but if you wax often - there is no need to worry about it. just remember, all that high dollar specialty wax is 90% hype, and 10% fact. i take the easy-on, easy-off route myself -

I use all Griots Garage products on my 20 year old factory applied paint.
I think the results speak for itself.

I use Adam's Americana and think the results speak for themself also, just remember, it is polishing the paint that gets it shiny, not the wax. The wax protects and can help add depth.

It's a C4.....why bother waxing it? The wax is worth more than the car.
