That's quite unusual. Do the electric door locks work inside the car? How about the manual ****? When using the key outside can you feel any resistance when turning it either direction? When lifting the outside handle is it extremely loose and maybe you can tell if something is broken?

The door will not unlock from the inside or out. I am thiking i need to pull the panel off somehow.
Help from someone that may have figured this out or someone that has a better idea than me

Try putting the window down all the way. Cut a metal coat-hanger and bend a hook on the end of the wire. Spread open the rubber seals for the window and hook the latch arm. Lift up and hopefully, the door opens. That will give you a chance to get the door panel off and see what's going on in there.
(Don't forget to pull the fuse for the interior lights or disconnect the battery if it's going to be apart for a while.) And don't shut the door until you get that panel off.
