Like most RWD cars, it depends 100% on the TIRES. Decent tires (for snow), it's just fine. Here's mine at 10,000' elevation at my office in Telluride...tires NOT O.K. for snow...yet there it is!

I bought a set of Continental DWS tires for the custom rims on my firebird. I no longer have the bird but still have the rims and rubber, which are currently on the vette.

The narrower wheel width and DWS rubber should make it an acceptable enough car for light snow. Mind you, ideally the best advice I can give you for snow driving..

Don't do it unless it's an absolute emergency.
