Hi - I was on the forum a few weeks ago looking for a 58-60 vette for $50,000. No luck, so I bought nice Red & Red 86 convertible with 41,000 miles, nearly new tires, BRAND NEW top for $6800. I plan on driving it until I can get a 2014. But there was no owner's manual. I saw a repro OM on fleabay, but they said it is "not compatible" with an Indianapolis 500 Pace car (which they ALL were, right?) Can anybody tell me if this repro OM will be the same for my car, or is there a difference? Or does anybody have a good used 86 OM for sale? Bob

I think they are all the same.

they are the same. the Indy 500 cars were just cosmetically different. with that said, i may have an 86 owners manual in my Corvette literature collection. if i do i will let you know as as soon as my wife comes home from the hospital.

Actual Pace Cars were yellow, I think. All 86s were considered "replicas". The standard owners manual is fine for you.
