Targa Question...
I'm curious. I love driving around with my Targa off, and bought a hatch vent to help with the reverberation when the windows are up on the highway (best money ever spent for those curious).
But I am curious, when people take their cars places do you generally take the time to put the Targa back on when you go inside? or do you leave it off in the trunk and just lock all the compartments?
I don't mean go and get gas kind of inside, I mean like go into a 'slow food' style restaurant to sit and order and eat with the targa off?
I've seen people leave them off while they were in placesplaces llike that; even C6 owners who can put it on and off quickly, but I personally have trouble with that idea.... What do all of you do?
Thanks in advance!

If I'm going anywhere that I'll I'll be a long time I put the top on or take a different car. I usually take the top off when all I'm doing is enjoying a long ride.

Kind of depends, for the most part I simply lock the compartments and doors. If it will be a long while, I roll up the windows. Rarely do I put the top back on, too much of a pain in the butt.

Leave mine off with the windows up and car locked! I also don't take mine anywhere I'm worried about the car being broken into!
Which hatch did you buy? I'm going to get one too!

I got the quick release one from mid america motorworks.

It was a little bit more money but It's easy to put on and off so you can close the hatch all the way if you want. The regular one (pictured) looks bolted on a bit more permanently, which is good, but not what I wanted. Ive had absolutely no trouble with my quick release one.

I got one of these for emergencies and I need to flip a top on quickly. 150 bones but worth it.

Or plan B. I never remove my roof...if i wanted a driving sunburn i woulda bought a vert. Never been a drop top fan. Had the coupe come with a solid top it would have been so much the better as far as i'm concerned.

This is so not me! I have mine off anytime the weather is over 60 degrees and not raining. I also leave my targa home when I can count on good weather (can't stand the rattle), this has bit me in the rump before, but if you drive fast the rain don't come in.
