Use photo bucket create an account it is free (www.photobucket.com)
You can upload images on that from your computer and when you click on the picture click the IMG file and paste that onto the message and it will link to that website.

You can copy a picture that's already posted on the Internet somewhere and bring it over to the forum but not directly from your home computer.
Find the picture, right click on that pictures and look for a box to appear with several choices. LEFT click on the line that says Copy Image URL.
Now come back to the forum and there's two ways to have the picture show up in your reply.
1. Type in and place what you just copied in between the two sets of brackets (where I placed the (.) To place what you just copied, put your curser between the brackets and hit Ctrl V
2. On top of the reply box your see a small yellow square that looks like a postage stamp. LEFT click on that and a box will appear with "http://" on a line. Delete that "http://" and place your curser at the beginning of that line. Hit Ctrl V. When you click on the OK, it will put the code of the picture you copied along with the brackets wherever your curser was in the reply box.

Here's your picture but can't make out what it is?
OK, see it now, ice chest and a bottle of Black Velvet inside the fridge.

On Photobucket, choose the "IMG code" Then come back here and hit Cntl V to place that code into the reply box in this forum.
Don't think the size matters (in this case) as Photobucket always re-sizes my photo's before bringing them over.
ccrazor just posted a link to a tutorial of Photobucket.

Use Flikr easy one click operation. Upload your pics to Flikr. Then right click on a Flikr photo scroll down to copy image address. Click on the insert image icon at the top of your post you're composing. Paste in that window. Post. Done.

You can use micro soft paint. In the image feature use stretch/skew. Both settings will say 100%, set them to 50% and less if need be. Once the picture is small enough it will post. Another CF member taught me that a while back.
