Default Diagnostic port on 95
Do you have to remove the driver side hush panel to get to the diagnostics port or a 95. I don't see it under the dash by the steering column.

You shouldn't have too.
But if it came lose from the factory mounting, it's possible a previous owner tucked it up there farther.

No need to remove the panel. Look for it underneath, but above the go pedal.

I found it. I guess the PO had pushed it up under the dash. Man, I thought I was losing my mind.
